Guzzo Medical

The Université de Montréal’s Guzzo Environment-Cancer Research Chair was founded in 2007 with the intent of exploring as much scientific evidence as possible so as to help explain the causes of cancer. Undertaken by the Environment-Cancer Fund, its research potential’s vastness is explained by the fact that it not only addresses an untold number of agents to which human beings are exposed over the course of their lifetime, but also seeks to include numerous types of cancer in its research scope.

Held by Mr. and Mrs. Guzzo on September 6, 2012, the fourth annual Notte In Bianco event, a unique benefit whose proceeds are exclusively donated to support cancer research, can only be interpreted as undeniable proof of the Guzzo family’s commitment to support this cause, and more broadly, the well-being of the human community in general.
